Who carries out maintenance?

What happens if an update fails?

With over 10 years of WordPress experience, we know what we're talking about! Before every update, we make an extra backup of the site. Should anything go wrong during maintenance, we will restore it immediately. With every update, your WordPress site is also thoroughly tested by us, so we can make sure there are no conflicts and your site works perfectly. Should it not be possible to update a theme or plugin, we will always contact you and look for a solution together.

Can I also have websites hosted elsewhere maintained?

Unfortunately, that is not possible. We only maintain websites that are also hosted by us. This is to ensure consistent quality. We also want to be able to help you if a website goes down or if your mail does not work, which of course is not possible if the website is not hosted by us. Stable and fast LiteSpeed hosting with NVMe storage is part of every Managed package and, if required, we will also move your site, mail and domain to Surver.

I want to modify something on my website, do you do the same?

Within our Managed packages, we take care of the hosting, technical maintenance, security and optimisation of your WordPress website. Should you want to change text or photos, or add a page, we can certainly help you with that too. Small adjustments are often carried out by us free of charge. For larger work, we will first make you an offer.

Do you also offer white label WordPress maintenance?

Sure! At Surver, we also offer resellers the option of outsourcing the maintenance of WordPress websites to our support. Upon request, we can even offer white label support to your customers. If you are interested, please contact us so we can make a suitable proposal for you.

Am I stuck with a contract?

At Surver, the contract period is equal to the billing period, with a minimum of 3 months. After this period, you can cancel at any time.
