Telephone support in the hosting industry is not always obvious. At Surver it is, starting today!
Since our inception, Surver is available for questions and advice on a daily basis, both via email and chat. As you may expect from us, we respond very quickly, on average within 20 minutes. Still, every now and then it can be useful to call us to spar about a solution or problem.
Our telephone helpdesk is available on working days from 10:00 to 18:00. It may be that - due to busy times - we cannot answer your call immediately but we will call you back as soon as one of our employees is available.
