Surver launches new customer panel

2020 is over and that means we're happy to update you on the changes for 2021. We are off to a good start with the launch of our new customer panel. We are happy to give you more information below.

What's going to change?

We have been working hard the last months to improve the overall look and feel of the panel, as well as adding new features.
Soon it will be possible to order and configure all our services through your account. Furthermore we have expanded the panel with a handy toolkit and status page where you can track the performance of our servers live.
If you have hired us to make changes to an existing WordPress site, or to build a new one, the status of the project can also be tracked on your profile. This way you will know exactly when we are working for you, what work has already been done and how much time we spent on a certain part of the quote.

We have also made several improvements to our invoicing system. For example, it will be possible - if direct debit has been set up - to place services on order. Your service will then be delivered immediately, without having to pay for it first. The invoice amounts will then be debited from the specified account on the 8th of the following month.

What's going to happen?

The transition is scheduled for Monday, January 11, 2021. Between 11:00 and 12:00 your account will be temporarily unavailable. As soon as your access is restored, we will notify you by email. For security reasons we do ask you to set a new password once. How this works exactly, we will gladly explain it to you by e-mail.

If you already received an invoice from us this year, you can easily pay it via the link in the mail. From January 11th, the link will no longer exist, but you will still be able to find the invoice on the new panel.
Access to the current panel will remain active from Monday until February 15, 2021 through this link: https://my2.surver.nl. During this period you can access the panel as usual to pay or download an invoice. From February 16, 2021, the old panel will no longer be accessible. Invoices from 2020 can still be requested via support@surver.nl.

Do you have any other plans this year?

Yes you are! In the second quarter we will launch our new website. Besides new and improved packages, we also want to actively support you with WordPress. Our strippenkaarten and WordPress design/development services will certainly help you with that.

Furthermore, the service package is extended with improved monitoring, premium cache, backup and live staging/merging solutions, as well as packages specially designed for WooCommerce webshops and Managed VPSs.
