Your data is processed and stored on a server. These servers are not owned by Surver but are under our management. Your data is always stored in Europe and will not be moved outside the EU. 

How Surver protects your data

The servers on which your data is stored are updated daily. Surver only connects via SSL and uses unique login codes. We also require this from parties who process personal data on behalf of Surver. 


Surver uses cookies to recognize you when you visit the website. These cookies make it easier for you to log in and use our services. In addition, Surver uses cookies to keep track of how many people visit the site. This is done through Google Analytics. These cookies are deleted 26 months after the last visit. 

Your rights

According to the AVG, it is your right to access, modify or completely delete your personal information. Most personal information can be viewed and changed via the customer panel on You can also have the data removed by contacting us, this means that the services you purchase will also be terminated (subject to the duration of the contract).
