How do we collect your information?

When you purchase a service from us, we ask you to fill in your name and address details via a form. With this information we can create an account for you and provide our services. If you log on to we keep track of when you logged on and what changes you have made. 

Why do we collect your information?

So that we can provide you with our services. We also collect your information to keep our books, to get in touch with you, to register domain names in your name and to send you invoices. 

Sharing your data

We never sell your data. We will also not share your data without your permission unless this is necessary to provide a service to you. 

Deletion of your data

After cancellation of your service, your personal information will be deleted or anonymized. We are required to retain certain information in our accounting records for tax purposes. 

Storage and processing of your data

Your data is processed and stored on a server. These servers are not owned by Surver but are under our control. Your data will always be stored in Europe and will not be moved outside the EU. 

How Surver protects your data

The servers where your data is stored are updated daily. Surver only connects via SSL and uses unique login codes. We also require this from parties who process personal data on behalf of Surver. 


Surver uses cookies to recognize you when you visit the website. These cookies make it easier for you to log in and use our services. Surver also uses cookies to keep track of how many people visit the site. This is done through Google Analytics. These cookies are deleted 26 months after the last visit. 

Your rights

According to the AVG, you have the right to view your personal information, change it or have it removed completely. Most personal data can be viewed and changed through the customer panel on You can also have the data removed by contacting us, this means that the services you purchase are also terminated (subject to the contract period).
