Our first priority<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A good availability and uptime of our servers ensures that 1) your website remains accessible for your visitors and 2) you as a customer are satisfied with our service. Even though all systems are monitored 24\/7 and we do our utmost to keep all services up and running, downtime can sometimes occur due to a general failure in the network or our data center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When an outage is identified, our engineers' first priority is to determine the cause and roll out a fix so that the affected servers or services are back up and running as soon as possible. To be transparent and to better inform our customers of these outages and maintenance, we have implemented a new status page at Surver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the event of an outage or scheduled maintenance, we will keep you informed of progress via this page. The page is hosted at an external provider so that it remains accessible in the event of an overall network or data center failure.
