Thank you again for your order. Through this form you can securely send us the WordPress login details. For server access, we will ask you for your hosting party's control panel login credentials, or the server's FTP/SFTP credentials.

Once we have received your details, our team will immediately start checking them. If they are entered correctly, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We will then immediately start the malware deep scan and site cleanup.
