When you purchase a service from us, we ask you to fill in name and address details via a form. This information allows us to create an account for you and provide you with our services. When you log in to my.surver.nl, we keep a record of when you logged in and what changes you made.
Why do we collect your information?
So that we can provide you with our services. We also collect your data to keep our accounts, get in touch with you, register domain names on your behalf and send you invoices.
Sharing your data
We never resell your data. Nor will we share your data without your consent, unless it is necessary to provide a service or service to you.
Deletion of your data
After cancelling your service, your personal information will be deleted or anonymised. We are required to keep certain data in our accounts for tax purposes.
Storage and processing of your data
Your data is processed and stored on a server. These servers are not owned by Surver but are under our control. Your data is always stored in Europe and will not be moved outside the EU.
How Surver protects your data
The servers that hold your data are updated daily with the latest updates. Surver only connects via SSL and uses unique login codes. We also require this from parties processing personal data on Surver's behalf.
Cookies
Surver uses cookies to recognise you when you visit the website. These cookies make it easier for you to log in and use our services. In addition, Surver uses Cookies to track how many people visit the site. This is done via Google Analytics. These cookies are deleted 26 months after the last visit.
Your rights
According to the AVG, it is your right to view, amend or have your personal information completely deleted. You can view and change most personal data via the customer panel on my.surver.co.uk. You can also have the data removed by contacting us, this does mean that the services you purchase will also be terminated (subject to the contract duration).
