To keep the affiliate program running smoothly, we at Surver set some conditions.
General conditions
- SEA is not allowed within this affiliate program;
- Email marketing is not allowed within this affiliate program;
- Advertising on social media is not allowed within this affiliate program;
- Retargeting is not allowed within this affiliate program;
- Discount codes are not allowed within this affiliate program;
- Cashback websites are not allowed within this affiliate program;
- It is not allowed to link directly from a relevant or irrelevant domain name to Surver without, relevant website or social media;
- It is permissible to use social media, but permission is requested before posting. To request permission, it is necessary to indicate which image and text is shared on which social media page. It is permitted to link from the social media to our website.
Order verification
After placing an order, the transaction is approved in the affiliate account within 7 days. This approval is based on whether the customer is still active and may be rejected for the following reasons:
- Violation of affiliate program terms and conditions
- Order canceled
- Order not paid
- Double registered order within the affiliate account
Entitled to commission
At Surver, we pay out commission on the services listed below:
- Managed WordPress hosting
- Managed WooCommerce hosting
- Managed Cloud hosting
- Managed WordPress hosting & management
- Managed WooCommerce hosting & management
- Managed Cloud hosting & management
Excluded from commission
The services listed below are excluded from commission:
- Agency (reseller) hosting
- Domain names
- Google Workspace licensing
- Microsoft 365 licenses
- Webmaster service
- WordPress hacked
- WordPress optimization
- WordPress website
- WooCommerce shop
- Premium add-ons
The margins on the above services are so low that no compensation can be paid on them.
Minimum payout
The minimum amount we pay out is €50 (excluding VAT).
Commission disbursement
We pay out commissions via bank transfer in the first week of each month. You can request a payout through your account at Surver. After requesting a payout, please upload the invoice using the form provided. Please make sure that payment details are clearly stated on each invoice.
Frequency disbursement
You can request a payout a maximum of once every three months.
Missed commission
If you are a member of our affiliate program and have ordered a service from us within the past 4 weeks, please send the order date along with the customer name or domain name to support@surver.nl. If we can match the data, we will still award you the commission. However, if the order was placed more than 4 weeks ago, unfortunately we can no longer award commission.
Cookie Time
The cookie period is 90 days.
