Which package is best to start with?
It depends on how many mailboxes and storage you need. For most small teams and entrepreneurs, the basic package is a good start. If your usage grows or you need more capacity, you can easily upgrade later without losing your e-mail.
Can I easily upgrade for more storage?
Sure! You can easily upgrade your package when you need more storage space or capacity. Your existing mailboxes and settings are retained, so you can continue working without interruption.
Is there a limit on an individual mailbox?
Within Surver e-mail hosting you can create multiple mailboxes free of charge. Each mailbox has a maximum storage capacity of 10 GB. We deliberately advise against larger mailboxes, because very large mailboxes can often cause synchronization problems in local e-mail programs such as Outlook or Apple Mail.
Do you need larger mailboxes or extensive collaboration features? Then we recommend choosing Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, which are better suited for intensive email use on a larger scale.
Can I link multiple domains to one package?
Yes, you can manage multiple domains within one package. So you can easily create email addresses for different companies, projects or brands from one central environment.
Can you move existing emails?
