Today, we are launching a much-needed and long-awaited payment option for our customers: direct debit.

With Surver, you will receive an invoice every 1st of the month for services renewed in the same month. If you have enabled direct debit, the invoice amount will be automatically collected from the specified account around the 7th of the month.

We also offer the possibility for existing customers to order services. If direct debit is activated for your account, you can order new services without having to pay for them first. You will receive an invoice upon delivery, but the invoice amount will not be debited until later.
