    No problem! At Surver, we take over contracts up to a maximum of one year. If your contract has just been extended, you can still switch free of charge. You will only receive an invoice from us for the renewal when the contract with your current provider has expired.
    Yes, for all hosting and hosting & management packages. For domain registrations, Google Workspace/Microsoft licenses or other services, the contract takeover cannot be used.
    Switching to Surver is always possible! We migrate your WordPress website, DNS records and mail accounts to Surver completely free of charge and without downtime. If you still have a 2-year contract with your current provider, we can take over a maximum of one year of that contract.
    Once you have made the decision to move your site - for whatever reason - to a specialized party, you would also prefer to have it taken care of as soon as possible. There is nothing more annoying than being stuck in a bad relationship. That only takes more time and energy, which you would be better off putting into growing your business.
    Also, if you do not have the immediate financial ability to purchase a new package from Surver, this service offers a solution and we will be happy to help you.
    We like to do business honestly! If you have previously switched to Surver with this service, your package has not yet been renewed but you still want to cancel your service, please feel free to notify us by email. Even though we have incurred costs for the server space and migration, charging you for a service you no longer use does not make sense.
    That is certainly possible! If your application has been approved and you want to get started with a package at Surver, you can check the "Transfer Service" box when you sign up. You will then receive a separate email with more information about the details we need to move your site to Surver.
