Since our establishment, you can contact Surver daily for questions and advice, both by e-mail and chat. As you would expect from us, we respond very quickly there, on average within 20 minutes. Nevertheless, it can occasionally be useful to call to spar about a solution or problem.
Our telephone helpdesk is available on working days from 10:00 to 18:00. It may happen that - due to busy times - we cannot answer your call immediately but we will call you back as soon as one of our employees is available.
