30 Day Hack Free Guarantee for WordPress: The guarantee is valid as long as the website owner or user follows all security advice provided by Surver after cleaning the website.
90-Day Hack-free Guarantee with Inclusion of Updates: This warranty period is in effect as long as Surver is able to properly update or reinstall all plugins, themes and WordPress core.
Managed WordPress Hosting: In the unfortunate event that your website is compromised, Surver will clean up the site free of charge. We will then consult with you to take preventive measures to avoid future security incidents.
Important Note: If the current hosting provider is unwilling or unable to cooperate, e.g. by improving the security of the hosting package or terminating a specific server process, Surver cannot provide a guarantee.
