Surver launches new customer panel

2020 is upon us and that means we are happy to update you on the changes for 2021. We are off to a good start right away with the launch of our new customer panel. We'd like to give you more details below.

What will change?

We have been working hard over the last few months to improve the overall look and feel of the panel, as well as adding new features.
For instance, it will soon be possible to order and configure all our services via your account. Furthermore, we have expanded the panel with a handy toolkit and status page where you can track the live performance of our servers.
If you have put us to work making changes to an existing WordPress site, or building a new one, the status of the project can also be tracked on your profile. This way, you know exactly when we are working for you, which work has already been completed and how much time we spent on a particular quote item.

We have also made several improvements to our billing system. For instance, it will be possible - if direct debit is set up - to place services on order. Your service will then be delivered immediately, without having to pay for it first. Billing amounts will then be debited from the specified account on the 8th of the following month.

What will happen?

The transition is scheduled for Monday 11 January 2021. Between 11:00 and 12:00, your account will be temporarily inaccessible. As soon as you have access again, we will notify you by e-mail. For security reasons, we do ask you to set a new password once. How this works exactly will be explained to you by e-mail.

If you have already received an invoice from us this year, you can easily pay it via the link in the mail. From 11 January, the link will expire, but you can still find the invoice on the new panel.
Access to the current panel will remain active from Monday until 15 February 2021 via this link: https://my2.surver.nl. During this period, you can access the panel as usual for paying or downloading an invoice. From 16 February 2021, the old panel will no longer be accessible. Invoices from 2020 can also still be requested at support@surver.nl at any time.

Do you have any other plans this year?

Yes! In the second quarter, we will launch our revamped website. Apart from new and improved packages, we also want to start actively supporting you with WordPress. Our stripping cards and WordPress design/development services will certainly help with that.

Furthermore, the range of services is extended to include enhanced monitoring, premium cache, backup and live staging/merging solutions, as well as packages specifically set up for WooCommerce webshop and Managed VPSs.
