The idea
At Surver, we offer different packages; Managed WordPress hosting where - besides fast hosting - we also continuously update, optimise and secure your site, or WordPress hosting where you are responsible for managing your hosting account and WordPress installation yourself. Of course, our helpdesk remains available for questions and we are happy to help you on your way with various manuals and tutorials.
If you would still like to outsource certain tasks concerning the management of your hosting account to team Surver, you can do so in the form of premium support. For a small fee, we will be happy to help you migrate your WordPress site, set up a staging environment or adjust settings within cPanel, such as creating a mail account, making a DNS change or setting up a cronjob.
